Want to give a special shoutout to The Haus Trash - Okinawa for their service today! The Wife and I are PCSing soon from Okinawa, and we had alot of bulk trash built up around the house ranging from Car
parts / Hardware / Suitcases / Ect.
I was stressing out with finding a good place to get rid of the trash considering Japan is strict with their recycling policies, but Haus Trash was able to come in clutch! They are also useful in case you want to donate items that may be useful to others!
II honestly recommend them if anyone in Okinawa is leaving soon! ✊🏽

For my friends about to PCS from Okinawa or just want to get rid of BULK trash check out this veteran
owned company! The Haus Trash - Okinawa
We were stressing about all this bulky items we needed to get rid of before moving, that wouldn't necessarily sell or just didn't have the energy to get rid of. We didn't know how/where to dispose of all our stuff. (Rules and procedures are very different out here than In the states They came in and we told them everything we were getting rid of and the cleaned out the place! Leaving us with a better piece of mind and a huge load was lifted !! (Literally)
My husband and I, are so thankful for your service!

HOW HAUS WAS BORN
Haus was born from the shared determination of Sheldon and Rina. Sheldon, serving in the air force, faced challenges supporting Rina—dealing with unemployment due to PTSD and difficulties finding work in Okinawa. They are not married so Sheldon’s pay grade was enough for single person. Rina, passionate about furniture, saw an opportunity to help newcomers settling in Okinawa.
She saw a way to help SOFA members with the struggles faced by starting afresh in a foreign land of Okinawa. Sheldon, juggling his military duties, lent his unwavering support to Haus, Sheldon worked 16 hours almost everyday seeing it as a way to serve both Rina, the community and the country.
After two years, Sheldon is now a veteran, Rina is finally employed. They are grateful for the support they received that they decided to pay it forward. Haus Charity emerged, aiming to assist church missionaries, service members, and local families—especially single mothers.
At Haus, we serve more than Furniture; we build a community rooted in resilience and compassion. Our journey is a testament to the power of empathy and determination in making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Join us at Haus as we serve not just about furniture but a network of support and kindness for everyone settling into Okinawa.
